Reflection-in-action involves observing and listening, as well as identifying methods to reinforce a positive or resolve any issues as the session takes place.
You wouldn’t have to go through this process in its whole all of the time, and you could apply it in a variety of ways, such as individually with players, units, the entire team, and so on.
